Lemon Pickle
Lemon Pickle/Naranga Achar
Ingredients
- Lemon/cheru Naranga -- 10
- ChillyPowder -- 1tblspoon
- salt
- Oil
Method
- Select 10 numbers of ripe lemon and wash them thoroughly
- heat a pan with oil and add lemon.Saute it well
- Let it cool at room temperature
- Take a piece of cloth and sweep it well.
- Cut it into 2 or 3 piece
- Heat another pan with salt and chillypowder.satute it 2minute.
- Now switch off the flame.
- Add lemon and mix well.
- Let it cool at room temperature and store it in glass bottle.
