Lemon Pickle

Lemon Pickle/Naranga Achar



Ingredients


  • Lemon/cheru Naranga        --   10
  • ChillyPowder                       --   1tblspoon
  • salt
  • Oil


Method

    • Select 10 numbers of ripe lemon and wash them thoroughly
    • heat a pan with oil and add lemon.Saute it well

    • Let it cool at room temperature
    • Take a piece of cloth and sweep it well.
    • Cut it into 2 or 3 piece
    • Heat another pan with salt and chillypowder.satute it 2minute.
    • Now switch off the flame.
    • Add lemon and mix well.
    • Let it cool at room temperature and store it in glass bottle.
