Egless Choclate Horlicks Cake





Ingredients



Maida - 2 cup

Sugar - 2 cup

Choclate Horlicks - 1/2 cup

Baking Soda - 2 tspn

Baking powder - 1 tspn

Milk - 1cup

Ghee - 1/2 cup


Vanilla Essence -   1tspn




Method.

  •  Seive maida ,choclate horlicks,baking soda and baking powder together and keep aside
  •  Beat milk,ghee and sugar.Add vanilla essence and beat wellAdd seived maida and mix it well
  • Take the pressure cooker and grease it with ghee
  •  Remove the rubber gasket and weight from the pressure cooker
  • Pour the cake mixture directly to the cooker
  • Close the cooker with its lid
  • Then keep the cooker on the top of the thawa
  • Keep the stove in simmer mode for 30-40 minutes
  •  Check it by inserting a tooth pick
  •  If it comes clean,cake is ready.Let it cool 
  •  Take it from cooker and serve it


Note


  • If your cake mixture is too thick then add milk and mix well
  • If you have bournvita use that
