Ingredients :
- Maida -1/2kg
- Potato - 2 small
- Curd -1/2cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 tspn
- Soda powder - 3/4 tspn
- Salt
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough
- keep it covered with a wet muslin cloth for 2-3 hrs
- Make lemon size balls out of the dough and roll it into medium thick round shaped rotis.
- Heat oil in medium flame for deep frying,slide the flattened dough into the hot oil press it down when it rises again press the edges until it puffs up completely
- Flip it over and fry the otherside until it turns to light golden color
- Serve hot with Channa masala
Note :
- Bhatura will be thicker than poori.
- You can replace baking powder with yeast
